Refund Policy

As an artist my work, as well as my customer’s satisfaction, is very important to me. I want my customers to feel confident about their purchase and love their art piece as much as I do. When buying from the Artist there is truly a personal touch. I will do my best to make sure you are taken care of if there is a problem. You may return artwork within 14 days of receiving the work (no questions asked) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. Unfortunately, because privately commissioned works are so specialized a complete refund is not always possible. If you wish to make a return, please email me at

How to Return Artwork

Here is the process for returning an item:

1. Contact me by either emailing us at with the following information: your name, contact information with phone number, and request a return.
2. I will respond promptly with packing instructions and arrangements for shipping or drop off of the work. Customers are responsible for return shipping or travel costs.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. I cannot accept items that have been damaged, or altered in any way.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

Although rare, if your package is shipped to you and appears damaged, please call me immediately upon receiving your piece so I can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
